Please note that our cancellation and refund policy cannot be invoked for order cancellations requested beyond the 72-hour time frame.
This same policy applies to discontinuing an ongoing project. It’s important to highlight that altering the type of service or deferring ordered services is not possible once the project has commenced.

In the event that we provide you with a project that doesn’t align with the initial description or misses the communicated deadline, you have the right to request a revision or a refund. If a service becomes obsolete due to technical considerations, we will temporarily pause the project and propose suitable alternative services.
In both cases, we are committed to making the necessary revisions to bring the project in line with your specifications. Timely delivery is ensured, depending on the extent of adjustments required. Additionally, we offer the choice to temporarily suspend the revised project or opt for an equivalent alternative service until you decide to proceed.
